Without attaching a Metro "PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST" form to this email, I am going to follow the directions given to me by the Metro records department young male receptionist I visited today, to make this request via email and without completing a Metro records request form. I am requesting Metro give me free of costs all a photocopy of all claims and com=plaints and there decisions and permission to sue letters, I have filed and submitted to Metro for the period of time covering from January 1, 2013 through November 1, 2019.   To justify my free of costs request, I give the following information:

  1. Since 2014 I have made several requests of Metro to give me a copy of the above for the periods of time I have submitted, to date Metro has failed and refused to give them to me.
  2. When I submitted my claims and complaints,  I requested Metro employees contact me and include me in my complaint and claims processes. Metro failed and refused to do so.
  3. Some of my complaints were about criminal acts Metro employees subjected me to. Metro has not responded to me about these claims nor has Metro given me any information the Metro has contacted the appropriate law enforcement agencies. To report the crimes I was complaining about.
  4. I need these copies to pursue lawful criminal and civil actions against Metro and some Metro employees.

Reverend McFarland,

Metro has no general liability claims with your name on them, I have attached all of the complaints with your name on them. 

We have released all of the records that meet your request in accordance with the California Public Records Act.

Metro's NextRequest (Public Records Tracking System) is maintained in compliance with Metro's records retention policy and records schedule. Requests and attachments will be removed from this system according to Metro’s records retention schedule.  This is to maintain the consistency and integrity of the records management program, as well as the utility of this system.

 Please note:  The records requests themselves and any attachments will be deleted 3 Years after request closure.

Please make sure you access/download/pick-up the records as soon as possible.  System records will be removed automatically at their expiration periods. Use of this system is not intended to extend or reduce Metro's adopted retention schedule time periods.
